SysAid Pricing now starts from a published number rather than a sales call: $89 per agent per month list for the Professional plan, or about $57.85 per agent per month through DataLunix, an authorised SysAid partner, a saving of up to 35% that depends on volume, term and product mix.

SysAid pricing infographic comparing SysAid Professional at $89 per agent per month list against $57.85 per agent per month through DataLunix, up to 35% off, with unlimited free end users

What does SysAid Pricing look like at a glance?

SysAid publishes two plans. Professional is $89 per agent per month list, which DataLunix supplies at about $57.85 per agent per month. Enterprise is a custom quote and starts at 20 agents. End users are unlimited and unlicensed, so the agent count is the only seat number that drives the licence line on your invoice.

Read the table as a per-agent, per-month rate rather than an annual total. SysAid's page shows one price with no billing toggle and no "billed annually" wording, so treat the billing basis as something to confirm in writing at quote stage. What the rate does include is the whole ITIL feature set plus the AI, which is why the $89 anchor sits well above cheap SMB help-desk tools.

What is a SysAid subscription and how does it work?

A SysAid subscription is a per-agent licence for the service management platform, quoted at $89 per agent per month list and about $57.85 through DataLunix. Agents are the people who work tickets; the employees who raise them are unlimited and cost nothing. Two plans exist: Professional, which is published, and Enterprise, which is quoted.

In practice you size three things. First the agent count, because that is the only seat you pay for. Second the managed asset count, because Professional includes 250 and SysAid's own pricing FAQ names assets as a cost driver alongside users. Third the deployment model, because SysAid still sells on-premises as well as cloud and its FAQ lists that choice as a price determinant without publishing the difference. SysAid describes the product as an annual subscription in its support material, but the current pricing page does not restate that, so get the commitment term written into the quote rather than assumed.

How do SysAid licenses work?

SysAid licences are counted per agent, sometimes called administrators, and never per end user, per ticket or per device. Disabled administrator accounts do not consume a licence, according to SysAid's own documentation. Administrators, assets and modules are added by adding a licence key, which SysAid says you can do at any point in the term.

That structure has a specific consequence for budgeting. A 400-person company with six people on the service desk licenses six agents, not 400 users, so the licence line is roughly $347 per month through DataLunix rather than a per-employee subscription. The variables that move the total are precisely the ones SysAid does not publish: how far past 250 managed assets you go, whether you deploy on-premises, and what Enterprise costs once you cross the 20-agent floor. DataLunix prices those alongside the licence so the number you approve is the number you pay.

Which SysAid plans are available?

Two SysAid plans carry a price today: Professional and Enterprise. Everything else you may have read about — Help Desk, ITSM, ESM, or the older Basic and Full editions — is either positioning language on SysAid's website or a legacy model described in an old support article that the current pricing page has replaced.

  • Professional — $89 per agent per month list, about $57.85 through DataLunix. Includes incident, request, change and problem management, CMDB, self-service portal, workflow automation, SysAid Copilot for agents and end users, 250 managed assets, 100,000 Workato credits, two-year data retention and 24/6 support.

  • Enterprise — custom pricing, starting at 20 agents, quoted by DataLunix. Adds a sandbox environment, tailor-made AI agents rather than pre-built ones, 300,000 Workato credits, a Qlik BI power-user seat, seven-year retention, Gold support with a one-hour P1 response target and up to 100 department workspaces.

  • Help Desk, ITSM and ESM — solution tiers in SysAid's site navigation, not priced SKUs. No separate price list exists for them, and a quote showing them as distinct licence lines is not coming from SysAid's published pricing.

  • Third-party price lists — figures of $30, $62, $79, $95, $108 and $128 per agent circulate on comparison sites. None is a SysAid list price. The $79 and $108 pair originated as an openly labelled estimate on one review site and was copied outwards without checking.

The honest summary is that SysAid has collapsed a formerly complicated licence model into one published plan plus a quote. That is good news for a buyer who wants a straight answer, and awkward for anyone whose research turned up the older three-edition tables, which is why so much of the web still shows prices SysAid never charged.

Who is the best SysAid reseller?

DataLunix is an authorised SysAid reseller and supplies the same Professional licence at up to 35% off list, about $57.85 per agent per month against $89. The licence, the vendor support entitlement and the contract terms are identical; what changes is the price and who delivers the onboarding.

The value of a reseller on a product priced like this is not only the discount. SysAid's published pricing stops at the Professional headline, so the parts of a real quote that carry commercial risk — asset capacity above 250, Enterprise sizing past 20 agents, on-premises deployment, and four named implementation packages with no published fees — are exactly the parts you cannot verify on the vendor's website. DataLunix puts those into the same document as the licence, so you approve one figure instead of discovering three more later.

Who is an authorised SysAid distributor?

DataLunix acts as an authorised SysAid distribution partner across the GCC, the United Kingdom, Europe, India and the United States, supplying genuine licences with local invoicing, local currency and onboarding delivered in your own time zone. Procurement stays as one relationship and one invoice whatever your agent count.

That matters most where SysAid publishes nothing at all. There is no euro, sterling, dirham or rupee list price anywhere on SysAid's site, so every buyer outside the United States is converting a dollar figure and hoping the assumption holds through a renewal. DataLunix quotes in your currency and fixes the rate for the term of the agreement.

Is DataLunix a SysAid partner?

Yes. DataLunix is an authorised SysAid partner, which means the licences it issues are genuine SysAid subscriptions registered to your organisation, carrying the vendor's own support and roadmap access, bought at up to 35% below list. Nothing about the product itself changes.

Working through one partner keeps a SysAid rollout simple: authorised licensing, a discount that is negotiated rather than advertised, and a single point of contact for seat changes, asset capacity and renewals. Tell DataLunix your agent count, your managed asset estimate and your deployment model, and the quote comes back with all three priced together.

Where can you buy SysAid?

You buy SysAid from DataLunix as an authorised partner. Send your agent count, a rough managed asset estimate and whether you need cloud or on-premises, and you get a written quote showing the Professional rate, any asset capacity charge and, if you are already past 20 agents, an Enterprise figure.

If you are still comparing, the companion guides are worth reading first. SysAid ITSM Pricing explains why there is no separate ITIL tier, SysAid Help Desk Pricing covers the entry point for a small team, and SysAid IT Asset Management Pricing deals with the 250-asset allowance. For priced alternatives, read Freshservice Pricing and HaloITSM Pricing, then request a quote to see your own number.

How much does SysAid cost by country and currency?

SysAid publishes prices in US dollars only. There is no currency selector and no euro, sterling or rupee list price anywhere on its site, so the table below is a plain conversion of the $89 list and $57.85 DataLunix figures at indicative rates. Treat it as a planning aid rather than a price list: DataLunix quotes in local currency and confirms the rate in writing.

Frequently asked questions

How much does SysAid cost in the US? In the US, SysAid Professional lists at $89 per agent per month and comes to about $57.85 per agent per month through DataLunix, a saving of up to 35% that depends on volume, term and product mix. Enterprise is a custom quote and starts at 20 agents. End users cost nothing.

Does SysAid have editions or pricing tiers? Two, and only two, carry a price: Professional at $89 per agent per month and Enterprise on quote. Help Desk, ITSM and ESM are marketing tiers on SysAid's site rather than purchasable price points, and the Basic and Full editions still described in SysAid's legacy support FAQ no longer match the current pricing page.

Is SysAid priced per agent or per endpoint? Per agent. Only the people who work tickets consume a licence, and end users are unlimited and unlicensed. Endpoints matter in a different way: Professional includes 250 managed assets and SysAid's own FAQ names asset count as a price input. You are not charged a per-endpoint seat fee.

Does SysAid charge extra for AI or SysAid Copilot? Not at list price. SysAid bundles Copilot for agents and end users into both plans and advertises unlimited agentic AI with no usage caps. The one metered AI-adjacent unit it does publish is Workato automation credits, 100,000 with Professional and 300,000 with Enterprise. The overage price per credit is not published, so ask for it.

How does SysAid volume pricing work? SysAid publishes no volume bands, no minimum agent count for Professional and no discount schedule, so any table you find online showing per-agent rates by tier is not from the vendor. What is published is the 20-agent floor for Enterprise. In practice the effective rate improves with scale, and DataLunix negotiates that on your behalf.

How much can I save on SysAid with DataLunix? Up to 35% off list, which takes Professional from $89 to about $57.85 per agent per month, roughly $311.50 a month saved on a ten-agent service desk. The exact figure depends on volume, term and product mix, and DataLunix confirms it in the written quote rather than leaving it as a headline claim.

Is DataLunix an authorised SysAid reseller? Yes. DataLunix is an authorised SysAid partner and issues genuine SysAid licences carrying the vendor's own support entitlement, handling provisioning, seat changes, asset capacity and renewals across the GCC, the UK, Europe, India and the United States at up to 35% below list price.
